Workshops are exciting; they create an energy and
buzz that is exhilarating. During workshops you have an opportunity
to delve deeper into your yoga practice. The classes are longer
(usually 2 1⁄2 hrs) and you have the chance to do 2 practice
sessions per day. This “up-leveling” of your practice
is where you discover, explore and create new edges, new openings
and new strength in your practice. This “up-leveling”
of your practice is how you create the next step of evolution in
your daily yoga practice.
Join Jonathan for two dynamic workshop classes that
will transform your yoga practice.
Beginners will be taught the groundwork of yoga;
breath, relaxation and integration that builds a solid foundation
on which to develop a healthy and balanced yoga practice. Intermediate yogis will refine the areas in their
practice that support growth and illuminate where they limit themselves
by their beliefs and actions.

• Hands on assist for yoga poses: this will teach you the
structure of yoga poses, proper alignment and correct action in
poses
• Class Sequencing: learn how to structure a dynamic yoga
class or personal yoga practice session
• Learn how to modify poses for injuries
• Gain real-time experience
• Develop authentic and confident public speaking
• Course includes a 1 1⁄2 hr yoga class with Jonathan
and meditation practice
• Upon completion of course you are eligible to participate
in teacher workout practice sessions with Jonathan

You don't have to be a yoga teacher or even want to be a yoga teacher
to take this course. This course will teach you skills to develop
your personal yoga practice, sequence yoga classes, modify poses
for injuries, and ability to guide and coach yourself or others
through a powerful yoga practice.
All that is required of you is a willingness to be open and a desire
to learn, all the rest will happen naturally.
Jonathan is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at 200
hours
Course Fee: $700
Individual sessions can be taken starting at the beginning of course
and running sequentially for $200 each
