Yoga for men is for men new to yoga or for men with an ongoing yoga
practice. This class is specifically designed to address men’s
challenges and goals in yoga.
Whether your goal is to become stronger, increase your energy, be
more flexible, improve your health or explore deeper issues in your
life, this class will assist you in your journey.

This workshop is designed for men new to yoga or men wanting to
deepen their understanding of yoga and deepen their yoga practice.
During this workshop you’ll learn breathing exercises, core
strengthening and deep stretches, taught in clear, detailed instructions
that help you understand and gain the bene€ts of each pose. Not
only is Men’s Yoga excellent for men new to yoga, men with
an ongoing yoga practice will bene€t from studying with a seasoned
practitioner. Jonathan has practiced yoga and Zen meditation for
over 30 years, teaching for 15. He has taught nationally and in-
ternationally and he has taught hundreds of yoga students to become
yoga teachers. Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience
to each class, workshop and teacher training. View
