Yoga for men is for men new to yoga or for men with an ongoing yoga practice. This class is specifically designed to address men’s challenges and goals in yoga.
Whether your goal is to become stronger, increase your energy, be more flexible, improve your health or explore deeper issues in your life, this class will assist you in your journey.

If you are a man or know of one who wants to increase their strength and flexibility, learn to reduce stress with deep breathing and increase your energy - this class is for you.

You will learn step by step basic breathing exercises, basic yoga poses and the foundation of deep relaxation.

$15 for drop-in
$60 for 5 class card
No prior yoga experience necessary

This workshop is designed for men new to yoga or men wanting to deepen their understanding of yoga and deepen their yoga practice. During this workshop you’ll learn breathing exercises, core strengthening and deep stretches, taught in clear, detailed instructions that help you understand and gain the bene€ts of each pose. Not only is Men’s Yoga excellent for men new to yoga, men with an ongoing yoga practice will bene€t from studying with a seasoned practitioner. Jonathan has practiced yoga and Zen meditation for over 30 years, teaching for 15. He has taught nationally and in- ternationally and he has taught hundreds of yoga students to become yoga teachers.
